Squirrels can be found in any sort of Forrest biome. They should be similar to bees with the way that they can go inside of a block. A squirrel should free roam the Forrest but when you go near it the squirrel should run from you and go into a wooden log. When the squirrel enters the log its appearance should change. The log would look like all of the other logs but it would have a hole in it which could just be a black circle in the middle of the block. When the player clicks on the block the squirrel should come out and become hostile. It would be sort of a panic mode for the squirrel since the player is bothering it’s home. Squirrels should also not run from the player if the player is holding an acorn (which can be used to breed squirrels) acorns should be acquired from breaking leaves and also the same way that honeycombs are acquired. Squirrels should also be able to trade you valuable items. If the player sees that a squirrel has something in their cheeks the player should be able to walk up to the squirrel while crouched with an acorn in hand and when the player gives the acorn to the squirrel it should drop an item. Sort of like a trade. You can trade emeralds with villagers so you should be able to trade acorns with squirrels. Some valuable items could be random saplings from any biome, gold and iron nuggets, slime, etc
