return shine enchantment

Since they made the glow from enchantments less visible, it's very hard to tell if it's enchanted, I suggest making a glow power section under potions, armor, and items in the in-game menu.

  Just turn up "glint strength" in your settings.

  A settings toggle would be nice. In the meantime you can use a resource pack for that or switch to dev textures.
