Minecraft Bedrock Taskbar and Titlebar showing

While playing Bedrock on PC whenever the mouse hovers over the bottom of the screen or the top of the screen either the taskbar or title bar appear. It would be really nice to be able to disable this as it can be very irritating and annoying, especially when fighting mobs. It's not a feature on Java and isn't an issue on console and mobile.
