Make cherry blossom pink petals function like grass

I love exploring the new cherry blossom biome added in 1.20, but I hate building in it because I have to break all of the pink petals that are scattered on the ground.

These petals fill up my inventory and make building in this biome less fun than it could be.

My suggestion is to make the petals function similarly to how grass does right now. You should be able to place blocks on them without having to break the petals first, and they should only be obtainable with shears or the silk touch enchantment.

This feature would make cherry blossom biomes more fun to build in and I don't think that there are any negative consequences that could come from implementing this suggestion.

If possible, I would also like for this functionality to be introduced to the warped and crimson nether sprouts for the same reasons as the pink petals. Building and exploring these nether biomes is frustrating because your inventory frequently fills up with the sprouts and you have to drop them out of your inventory all the time.
