Different types of plants

I have a vague idea, I was thinking of a redwood forest but saw earlier posts about it, I thought of what some people love, plants. Instead of there being only 6 village crops, maybe you guys could add tomatoes, strawberries, lettuce, cucumbers, and peppers (Different varieties). There could be more plants for the sniffer because they only have 2 types of flowers, there could be silphium, which has been extinct for a while, or there could be bushes where you could find blackberries or blueberries. I understand there are so many mods that include this, but if it was real that would be amazing, because on Bedrock edition you can't really use mods, only addons and it can ruin the entire gameplay. If you could make this come true that would be incredible.
