A way for PS4 to use PC mods

I think it be cool if you are able to use PC mods on PS4 or be able to use PC mods while playing with you PC friends when you are using ps4 bc I think it unfair for people who can't afford a PC not be able to use PC mods on PS4 or Xbox I feel like if you find a way to make it work you be more popular and earn more money then you already do.
