separate the shift crouch with the shield on bedrock

i love minecraft A LOT, but pressing shift JUST to use the shield is awful. im sure you guys have seen thousands of complaints, read thousands of ideas, and etc of this. but its been YEARS, and nothing has changed with it. lets be real, you guys have had time to put in emotes, but no way to separate the shift for the shield?? yes, its useful on mobile, BUT many players find it extremely difficult to use the shield on bedrock with a pc. i personally would prefer pc, as my hands are WAY too big for anything else, but please fix this issue. at least just for pc users. id love to enjoy minecraft bedrock with my little brother, but the shield is the main part of the game for me. its EXTREMELY useful, but VERY annoying to press shift for it to work. on top of that, theres at least a solid second before the shield works. i dont want to sound mean or greedy for more updates, but many people think the same thing. im begging, PLEASE add this to the next update.. i cant stand always having to press crouch to even just USE the dam thing. i promise, i love you guys sm, minecraft has been a huge part of my life. but at this point its getting out of hand. (another note i should add, why havent we gotten a furniture update? we have all these cool things but NO furniture-??)
