Pan Cape on Java

I have the pancape on Minecraft Bedrock and want it on Java Edition too. I was hoping that capes synced between Java and Bedrock. I have a friend who has the Minecon 2018 cape who wants to use his cape on Bedrock. Additionally, it would be nice if I could wear my 3 Minecraft Dungeons capes (Hero Cape, Sinister Cape, and Iceollager Cape) from my switch copy of Minecraft Dungeons: Hero Edition in both main versions of Minecraft and vice versa. While we're at it, why not add Minecraft Legends support as well? Please add this, I love the elytra textures with a cape equipped.
