Alligators

I know alligators aren't straight up native to swamps but something else to be added to the swamp. You can feed adult gators but not tame. You can tame them when there babies and they would be your pet once there adult. Food required > steak and mutton, and sometimes pork and chicken if they are in the mood for it.
