adjust the FOV in the /camera command

I was using the new /camera command added to Bedrock edition to make a menu navigation system, but I realized that I had no way to account for different FOVs on players. My solution was to add some preset camera angles that players could choose from, but being able to control a players FOV when using the /camera command would have been better.

It only makes sense that we can set FOV with the /camera command. However, when the camera is minecraft:free, effects such as slowness cannot affect the camera, so this workaround does not work.
