1.20 Sign Edit

The ‘edit signs’ feature in Minecraft 1.20 is a good idea but not very practical. Besides making all afk fish farms obsolete it is a nuisance going to open a chest, only to accidentally click on the sign and start editing, then to press E and begin typing. When all I wanted to do was exit the sign. Please fix this not for the farm purpose but mainly for the fact that its a hassle to deal with trying to open chests labeled with signs.   There should be a game rule to disable sign editing entirely
