The Redstone Gravitizer will gradually transform whatever block is in front of it into a Falling Block Entity.
The machine is crafted from a redstone dust surrounded by eight flint.
When the machine becomes redstone powered, if the block in front of it is not indestructible, it will spawn a mining animation covering the block in front of itself. This animation will take as long to complete as it would for the player to destroy the block by hand, with no tool or Haste effect.
When the mining animation completes, the block is deleted and a Falling Block Entity version of the block is spawned in it's place.
The machine responds to block updates. When it gets one, it checks if the block in front of itself is not what it was transforming, and if so, starts over at transforming it.
If the Redstone Gravitizer has an air block in front of itself, and there is a Block Item Entity in the air or intersecting the air block, then giving the machine a redstone pulse will decrease the stack size of the Item Entity, and spawn a Falling Block Entity version of the Item Entity's Block Item. This new entity will be centered on the Item Entity and have the same orientation and momentum. If the stack size of the Item Entity has become zero, it gets deleted after.
