Jeb_ Glass and Stained Glass

This idea is to add a new glass variant which can be any color.

It is created by using a Glass Block on a sheep which has been renamed jeb_.

The Glass becomes Jeb_ Glass, and there is a 10% chance that the sheep loses it's special name.

The item model of jeb_ Glass continually cycles through all 16 of minecraft's colors, just like sheep named jeb_.

When placed as a block, the color doesn't continuously change, instead it takes on a one of those 16 colors based on the block light level at it's block position.

Conveniently, Minecraft has 16 light levels and 16 colors.  The dye variant data values from before the Great Flattening would be an obvious and simple choice.

Although jeb_ Glass Blocks would not emit redstone power, it's block state (and the light level) can be read by a Redstone Comparator facing away from it.

Sixteen Jeb_ Glass Panes can be crafted from 6 Glass Blocks.
