Less Frequent Updates

We don't need an update every year. Take more time to make the updates good. The last few have barely added anything when there was so much potential. More development time would also reduce stress on workers, since they wouldn't have to meet a specific deadline. In short, don't release an update until you know for certain people are going to love it.
