Choose which players can see display entities

Currently, display entities are always visible to all players. An option to control which players can see each display entity would be incredibly useful (e.g. for team games).

    it'd even be useful for controlling when display entities are visible to each individual player too, so you could have displays that disappear when you get close

    something like a teams_can_view:["team"] tag?
