Allays using tools with specific enchants

There can be an enchantment that can be done on any tool or weapon (and maybe that doesn’t stack with mending) allowing allay holding that item to use it whenever the player uses the same item. For example, when mining in a cave, if a player mines a stone block with a pickaxe, then all allays holding pickaxe with that enchantment can mine a stone block in the vicinity.

    For balance, the allay would mine the closest block, meaning if you pause for to long between mining the allay will end up turning the cliff wall into Swiss cheese. Also, the enchantment should be rare, maybe loot chest exclusive.

    Allays are designed to simply collect dropped objects. Players are the ones to affect the world/blocks.
