Flat world improvements on Bedrock

An update to the wandering traders tables could be helpful to bedrock players.

Perhaps it could show up less on a flat world and have better trade.

You don't need anything over powered or broken; it could have a rotation of some villager trades and the trader could have a level for improved trading, and at max it could give a map to a new structure

perhaps the desert well could become a stone brick and gravel flat well a that traders show up to more often or is required to get different trades.

Perhaps it could be implemented with an either or on the code for the trader so on a 0 it stays at normal loot table, but on a 1 it will change to the updated loot table.
