If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

Remake the Nether Forretress, Stronghold, and Monster Spawner

These two structures have looked the same ever since they were added nearly a decade ago, and now Minecraft has all these more detailed and cool structures that's been added ever since then.

So why not redesign them?  Could even take inspiration from Dungeons because of how cool it's versions of these structures look.
