New features for Torchflower and Pitcher Plant

    I do think the pitcher plant has the ability to do more. Great ideas!! In the real world pitcher plants trap bugs and collect water. Lots of ideas could sprout off of that for game development. Maybe they could trap and kill certain mobs and produce something that could be collected. For instance, your idea of invisibility options.

    Maybe during rain a pitcher plant would collect water more and more and it would eventually spill out when it get to full and when paired to a compariter it could give a signal based on how much water is in it.

    Torchflower should emit light

    Agreed. I've seen lots of good proposals for this. Some bring up a fixed light level, others suggest having them open up at night.

    but less than a regular torch, let's say 5, so that mobs still spawn with its light.

    IIRC, mob spawning behavior was reduced to light level zero only. I do agree that the flowers should emit lower light levels than torches, though.

    Pitcher Plant instead of 2 turquoise dyes, should give a new - ancient dye. It will turn leather armor invisible, and if crossed with a Special Template, the armor will become invisible, but more visible on close contact. A useful thing, because in the potion of invisibility - the armor is visible.


    Having something to address this armor visibility situation would be nice!
