What if skeleton horses had soul speed

I just think this would give skeleton horses more of a use considering all of them are locks to the same health, speed and jump stats.

    This is a bit different, but I actually like it!

    I think that maybe they should also be able to have armor put on them as well. Maybe only leather and diamond for realistic weight carrying.

    In that case, let the skeletons also run with "Soul Speed".

    Plus, we should be able to breed them! we could add wither apples, that when eaten by a human would give the wither effect, but regen skeleton horses. when at full, they would breed.
