Add tab for personal servers without accessing featured servers list

Often featured servers are outdated hours after a new update. However you must be able to access these severs to open the sever list. Thus personal servers run through a hosting service are inaccessible on Xbox for a time up to or beyond 24 hours. After joining a hosted server, it should be one click away from being joined again without going through the featured servers. Currently players on my hosted server are locked out of our 1.20 event due to this issue.
