More structures, berries, and 2 new biomes

I wanted to give you some idea for 1.21

The first of all - new structures. Below my ideas for structures:
1. An old farm - it's old farm with cobweb. You can find it in plains and forest. You can find some new things there.

2. Lab's Ruins - it's a structure, you can find it in new biome - dead plains

Next - the list of new biomes:

1. Dead plains - there new mob, vulture.

2. Dead forest - like dead plains, but there more dead trees.

New mobs:

1. Vulture - it has 10 health points, it's damage - 3 health points

2. Ghost - it has 30 health points, and it's very rare  -can spawn in Lab's Ruin's witch 5% chance. Damage - 6 hp;

3. Bull - can spawn in old farm, has 40 hp, damage - 5 health points. It can be your pet.

4. Zombie farmer - it has 25 hp, but 2 hp damage.

New berries:

1. Strawberry - can be find in old farm with 55% chance. You can place it on bed to growth it. Also you can make strawberry cookie with it.

2. Wolf's Berries - it likes sweet berries, but poisonuos. You can troll your friends with it.

    First: The guidelines say that you are not supposed to post lists.

    Second: Most of these ideas are already posted elsewhere.

    Third: None of these have sufficient information to be full ideas.
