    and what does the mob do? what does the mob look like? is the mob a villager, a illager, or a different species?

    Alternate wandering traders could be pretty cool as an idea. If they were to implement an ice axe it might have the silk touch effect but only for ice. However Mojang is generally pretty against specialized tools like that. It's more of a mod-style item.
