(Java parity in mods) Mods and datapacks in minecraft bedrock!

Make mods and datapacks compatible with Minecraft Bedrock and add-ons also compatible with Minecraft Java and add a marketplace in Minecraft Java.

The mods and datapacks could be put in a section of a new launcher for Minecraft Bedrock and thus have more parity between Java and Bedrock.

The mods and datapacks could be activated like in Minecraft Java or activated in a simpler way so as not to have more problems for the players.
