Custom Recipe Tab

This Custom Recipe Tab would be completely decided by players as its own tab for the recipe menu. They could select areas to put a craftable item in empty slots and rearrange the order of the tab by dragging. This would be helpful to appeal to player styles, such as miners selecting torches, pickaxes, and raw ore blocks since they commonly craft them.
