Droppers can be used now for randomization, but in my opinion it's usability can be extended much further by adding following change:
Dropper drops item corresponding to power level of signal activating it (random otherwise).
Examples:
- Dropper recives signal of power level 3 and has item in 3rd slot: Drops from 3rd slot
- Dropper recives signal of power level 12: Drops random, as it doesn't have 12th slot
- Dropper recives signal of power level 5 and has no item in 5th slot: Drops random
