Accessibility issues for screen tilt upon taking damage

The recent change that is the tilt of the camera when taking damage being relative to direction is EXTREMELY nauseating and an accessibility option to revert it to how it originally tilted would make the game easier to play without getting sick(maybe even add optional visual alternatives like a red vignette upon taking damage)

There's a setting to disable damage tilt altogether in the Accessibility settings.
