Amethyst block sound scares

The amethyst block sound should scare creepers and enderman making creepers run off of them and endermen teleporting away. "Zombies and skeles don't have good hearing"

To scare off creepers, we already have cats, but having endermen be scared off by amethyst would be neat. Especially if it works while they are already angry at the player and has a auditory telegraph of some sort. Lorewise, the explanation could be, that something about the sound is messing with their alien biology or something along those lines.
