hotbar similar to minecraft dungeons

the hotbar would be optional and if you put this option the hotbar would be similar to minecraft dungeons, with life centered in the middle and on mobile devices the icon to open the inventory would have a chest.

Just googled a image of the hotbar in Minecraft dungeons. Looks cool, i want this in-game. If not in vanillla, then as a optional, downloadable mod from the Internet and Minecraft mod websites like Curseforge.
