add an abandoned merchant's hut

there should be an abandoned trading hut that can be found in plains biomes. it would be like a small wooden shack, containing barrels with varying loot. it would be pretty cool, and there aren't many loot structures in the plains biomes.

    I think that's a good idea, i just think we'd need to specify how often they spawn to determine what level loot should be in the barrels. should they have maybe a 40% likeliness to spawn? in this case i think should have things like iron bars and armor, emeralds and sometimes but rarely diamonds. it should also contain low level enchantend book like unbreaking II, Sharpness II, & protection I.
