day/night time command

there should be a command to change the lenght of the days and nights

in minecraft 1 full day is 24000 ticks ( 20 minutes )

a command called  day lenght 

/setdayslenght 48000    will make 1 day 48000 ticks ( 40 minutes ) instead of 24000 ticks ( 20 minutes )

/setdayslenght 12000   will make 1 day 12000 ticks ( 10 minutes ) instead of 24000 ticks ( 20 minutes  )
