Goblin Merchants! There are different races of the Goblin Merchants. Each lives in a different biome. Each Goblin Merchant sells enchanted things, they stole from npc’s, according with the biome in which they live. They live in remote caves.

extra versions of Goblins:

Near villages there are Blacksmith Goblin. (Swords, pickaxes ect.)

Near Witch Huts they are Apothecary Goblins. (Potions, golden apples, totems ect.)

Near Outposts they are Builder Goblins (Building Materials, Stairs, fences, ect.)
