Hey friends, and hello Minecraft Developers and other Departments, if you're reading this!
I just got inspired after watching videos of slowed down Minecraft music meant to invoke nostalgia in veteran players, which then prompted me to post here.
I think there should be an event, whether a separate event or part of MineCon, called a "Nostalgia Tour".
This tour could give players a chance to reminisce about their memories of childhood, teenhood, young adulthood, or anybody else whose age was not mentioned.
This would be a Tour introduced by Mojang themselves, in person hopefully, as well as there being a digital option.
I'm unsure what exactly it would consist of. That's up to the scriptwriters, narrators, visual artists and other planners, as well as the community itself. We could listen to the community and consider every part of their feedback and favorite things.
I think it would be a lovely move recognizing the dedication and importance of the community, as well as celebrate the history of Minecraft, its updates and its impact on the world, and give a chance for everybody for the voices of those whose stories with this magnificent game and how it impacted their lives, to be uplifted.
I also believe something like this would make more players feel appreciated as well as bring more players into the game.
Any extra profits could be donated to small game creators or streamers, and we could benefit off of this type of project as a whole.
I hope you consider my idea,
-Lily
