Statistic Menu Upgrade

I would love to get an upgrade for the statistics menu in Java:

- animals bred are differentiated by species
- items can be sorted alphabetically in each category
- items can be searched for using a search bar
-you can set a timer to allow the counting of stats during a specific project, separate from the all-time stats
-more categories in the "General" tab including new content from updates
-more categories in general like: "structures found and explored", "time with/without a totem in hand", "traded with piglin", "items given by allay" or "hunger bars filled" - be creative
...
