Ruined portals in the Nether should look like the Overworld

Ruined portals that spawn in the Nether should, instead of looking just like the rest of the Nether, they should have Overworld blocks such as grass and stone surrounding the portal, just like how ruined portals in the Overworld have Nether blocks. Just an idea I thought of earlier while gathering soul sand for some bubble elevators.
