Farmland Inaccessability for Farmer Villagers

A change to the behavior of Farmer Villagers so that they stop attempting to access inaccessible farmland (farmland behind fences or other blocks, underground or otherwise inaccessible). Something along the lines of either attempting to find nearby farmland, if inaccessible find another, repeat or factoring in fences,  fence gates, etc. as barriers before seeking farmland.
