Like armor trim, but as a decoration on weapons? I'm so down for that because an entire set of decorated tools would be gorgeous!

Like, a keychain? Or lucky charm? And it hangs on the end of the weapon or tool? What happens to the Ornament if the weapon or tool is destroyed? Can you recover it? Will Ornaments give the weapon or tool an increase effect?
