Wild Update 2.0! Name could use some work though

Crafting Item: Wild Animal Skin
Crafting + Decorative Item: Antlers (Size depends on entity's in game age)
Decorative Item: Head Mounts
Placeable ITEM: Body Mounts
MOB: Deer
MOB: Moose
MOB: Elk
MOB: Squirrel
MOB: Mouse
MOB: Bobcat
MOB: Turkey
MOB: Hawk
As a person who lives in the Eastern Interior of America, I live in a community who happen to have the culture of Game Hunting (Hunting Deer, Elk, Moose, Turkey, Squirrels, Bobcat, etc.). I 100% understand and support the importance of having Minecraft as a way of expressing who you are, as your builds, pets, skin is a representation of who you are in the world. Not only am I suggesting animals that we over in America hunt, but also observe, such as Eagles, Owls, and Hawks.

I feel like these animals would make a great edition to the game, especially for adventurers who seek to display their trophies from they're journeys. Take for example, the mob heads already in the game. I believe a Deer Head would be a fantastic addition to the game, adding that bit more of coziness to a cabin, perhaps?

Bobcats and Squirrels would spawn in Taiga and Giant Taiga forests, along with Mooses and Hawks. Squirrels would burrow halfway up the trunk of the tree, in a way, it would be similar to a bee's nest.

If you want to know more about this update concept, Ill be making a google docs folder containing everything.

  Hey. I get the feeling the previous Wild Update disappointed you. Me too. I agree with you, we need to expand Minecraft's wildlife.
  
  Personally, I think we could add yaks or bison that we could, through selective breeding, transform into cows. You don't find wild cows in real life. We should also add warthogs or wild boars that we could transform into domestic pigs. This would undoubtedly improve the diversity of wild animals and make them useful to tame... but it would also add a little something extra to the difficulty of animal farming in Minecraft.
  
  Other additions: The Siberian tiger in the snowy plains and megataiga biomes; this big cat could be a source of daytime danger. The otter, when trained, could help us farm pearls, useful for crafting necklaces (see my suggestion regarding the underwear and jewelry system). We can also imagine lions in the savannah or jaguars in the jungles.
  
  In short! There are many possibilities, and Mojang will certainly have to make some choices.
