the webbed will be a new mob that will spawn in mineshafts or in night and caves naturally in the overworld it will be made by overworld monsters parts in a web it will have 100 hp and it will chase you and hold into you covering a little bit of your visual and slow you by 33% every attack you will make he will take the damage only if it is not a multi-target attack he will tank the monsters he can also consume webs near it to heal himself this mob for minecraft would fit really well (i think)and it would make the caves and mineshafts a little bit harder to explore.
