Cactus Creeper

This is based off the Cactus Creeper from the Minecraft minifigure line. The cactus Creeper would only spawn in desert biomes, they are slightly smaller then normal creepers but pack a bigger punch. When they explode spike will shoot out to try to hit more things from a longer range.
