Dragon Respawn Fountain

The Dragon Respawn Fountain would  appear in Strongholds or End islands and teaches players how to respawn the ender dragon.

It has the same podium that the portal back from the end island has. it would be made of purpur or stone brick pillars around it like the obsidian pillars and have a light source as a stand-in for end crystals.

    AWESOME! maybe it could be Black Concrete, though? to more clearly indicate they represent the pillars, with the said light source on top?
