New Wizard Mob and Structure for Minecraft Cherry Blossom Biomes

There should be a wizard mob for the cherry blossom biome. He could be similar to the witch but he is friendly and trades potions, new items, and cherry stuff. He could live in a structure called a Wizard Hut which is like a Witch Hut but its made of cherry wood.
