A villager that trades for mining equipment and resources from mining. Workspace would be mining locker, a chest like object with slots for rocks and ores that could also smelt.
Some examples of trades.
Level 1. 1 buy and 1 sell.
Buys. 16 copper ingots for an emerald or 10 lanterns for an emerald.
Sells. 8 coal for an emerald or 32 cobblestone for an emerald.
Level 2. 1 buy and 1 sell.
Buys. A stone pickaxe for 2 emeralds or a stone shovel for an emerald.
Sells. 5 raw iron for 2 emeralds or 10 Redstone for an emerald.
