Mob Observators

Mob Observators would be a new functional block that would be part of redstone circuits, if something happens to a mob that is in front of the Mob Observator, it would detect and turn on. For example, a mob spawns, the Mob Observator would detect and turn on, a mob dies, the Mob Observator would detect and turn on, a mob transforms(Example: Pigs turning into Zombified Piglins when struck by lightning), , the Mob Observator would detect and turn on. This would be a great addition to Minecraft and would help alot in redstone circuits and mob farms!
