Add potion cauldron in Java and add a new potion farming mechanics

Java needs the mechanics and for our new potion farm

when we drip water with drip stone into the cauldron, the water level increase but its power or durability decreases, and final form as plain water

    And what prevents us from simply diluting the potion with water from a bucket or bottle?
