Make sniffers rideable

Make sniffer rideable. 

(based on idea of commenter: The player could also put a double chest on sniffers, as he can only put a single chest in mules or llamas. Sniffers could also be a bit slower when carrying chests. This feature gives players the opportunity to move a lot of items easier in the early game, without needing shulker boxes. )

    I want to place a full chest on its back fur, and have the sniffer float while hauling a ton of material over both land & sea. While Slower than the chest boat, it can be a fun way to transport an decent amount of material, players can use to upgrade their small, cozy “early-game” base; to a base that is more suitable for the latter stages of the game.

    Please make it rideable I would really like it please and also make it faster than the camel ok
