Reworking the picture system

Cleaning up old paintings with a brush was recently suggested, so I would like to add to the idea. 

Existing or even new paintings to add as templates for the new block - art table.

On it, you can add drawings or even create your own templates on blank canvases of paintings. Templates can be found in dungeons, with the help of archaeology, to craft from ready-made recipes, or to create your own unique paintings. Templates can fall as drops from mobs under certain conditions, as is done with disks, which fall from the creeper, which hit the arrow of a skeleton.
