(Parity) Falling trees for java

In Bedrock edition, we currently have falling trees, but Java edition has missed out on that. Since 1.20 is about making Minecraft more 'Minecrafty'. Some parity between editions would be perfect.

  I think fallen trees would be cool & add a nice ambiance. I don't know how falling trees would work though... (I can't see it being more Minecraft-y)
