redstone bug

if you power something with a pile of redstone dust connecting, you might find it not working, that's because the powered dust have 3% chance to be replaced by a returning mob from april fools named redstone bug(but with different behaviour and machanics)so beware if you need to power something with a large amount of redstone dust! because hundred powered redstone might have three turned buggy.it is aggressive and have the same health and damage to endermite. drop 1 redstone dust when killed. not too stressful and annoying to the redstone engineers as they are too rare and redstone dust is too basic as medium. Hence, might be fun to "patch a bug"!

the only one needs worrying is the once who designs adventure worlds because you can't place redstone dust they drop in adventure mode, so add a new setting called redstone buggable to turn off
