Trident upgrade smithing template

This smithing template would be applied to the trident and use one heart of the sea. It would allow the trident to either give the player dolphins grace when held, or  make dolphins attracted to the player and give the player a longer duration for the dolphins grace effects, effectively "storing" the dolphins grace effect. It could even actually store it, the longer you're around the dolphins, the more the trident fills, and then you can stop holding it and the grace stays inside the trident. Then, when you hold the trident again, it's "released"
